Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of choice from a cooked breakfast to continental, enjoyable to eat.
An excellent hotel, great rooms, comfortable bed, spacious with hairdryer and tea and coffee. Small bathroom. Great choice for dinner, cereal and cooked breakfast. Clean everywhere, has gym and pool. Friendly staff, quiet area so no traffic noise.
We went for Sunday lunch for the first time and the meal was delicious. Food was cooked to perfection- no overcooked mushy veg here! We each had 3 courses, ending with sticky toffee pudding. Good size portions- we didn’t eat for the rest of the day! Staff were very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Thank you we’ll definitely be back!
Stayed here 4 nights on a coach tour, first impressions very good, modern , clean , tidy, welcoming, brilliant friendly staff.

We have used this hotel a few times when attending the great north run, great location, great service, food is fantastic had the Sunday lunch very good value for money, excellent food on both nights. Room is nice clean and comfortable highly recommend. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc a bonus
